Acromegaly research today

I just spent a very enjoyable three hours being interviewed by a pair of ethnographers who work for a client that is contacting acromegalic people in order to understand and better treat the condition of acromegaly.  They left me with a camcorder to record my own sort of video diary of living with this rare condition.  Anything for science and especially anything to destroy pituitary tumors and keep them from existing!  I showed them my world and my links to other acromegalics.  If you have never heard of acromegaly just google "Tonya Angus" and take a good hard look at the heartbreaking damage this thing can do in only a few years time.  Anything to stop it.  So... what did you do today?
